Chargor means the proprietor of charged land or of a charged lease or charge;
the Charity means the company intended to be regulated by the articles; ‘clear days’ in relation to the period of a notice means a period excluding:
Chargee means the proprietor of a charge;
THE LESSEE or any other Person includes without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement any successor in title to it and any permitted assignee;
The Lessor Agent" for "the Lessee", "Unit Premises, Unit Improvements, Unit FF&E and Unit" for "Parcel of Property" and "Section 13" for "Section 28".
the Charter means the Charter or Letters Patent under the Great Seal of Ireland bearing date the 10th day of May 1783 and granted by his late Majesty King George the Third;
the Chair means the Chair of the Licensing Committee.
Shipowner means the owner of the ship or another organization or person, such as the manager, agent or bareboat charterer, who has assumed the responsibility for the operation of the ship from the owner and who, on assuming such responsibility, has agreed to take over the duties and responsibilities of the shipowner, regardless of whether any other organization or persons fulfil certain of the duties or responsibilities on behalf of the shipowner;
Security Trust Deed means the Security Trust Deed executed by, inter alia, the Borrower, the Guarantor, the Collateral Agent, the Facility Agent, the Original Secured Creditors (as defined therein) and the Delegate Collateral Agent and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit P or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Facility Agent.
the Director means the Director of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute;
Security Trustee shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble;
the CSA means the Common Services Agency for the Scottish Health Service constituted under Section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
charity trustee means a charity trustee of the CIO.
Security Trust Agreement means that certain security trust agreement dated on or about the Merger Closing Date made between the Security Trustee and the Lenders and relating to the appointment of the Security Trustee as trustee of the Security.
the Landlord means the party named on the first page of this Agreement and any successor and any person who has an interest as heritable proprietor in The Property, even if not named in this Agreement. The Landlord agrees to inform The Agent, in writing, of any changes to ownership of The Property, contact telephone numbers, postal or e-mail addresses as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of the change.
Party B The Credit Support Annex, solely in respect of Party B's obligations under Paragraph 3(b) of the Credit Support Annex.
the Chairman means the Chairman presiding at any meeting of members or of the Board;
Charterer means a person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity who contracts for the transportation of passengers and baggage, or goods and/or property from a specified origin to a specified destination, for a particular itinerary, agreed upon in advance.
Pledgee shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph hereof.
this Deed means this Deed and Schedules all read together.
the Association means the Association referred to in rule 1;
the Tenant means the party(ies) named on the tenancy agreement as the tenant of The Property.
Note Trustee means the Person identified as the “Trustee” in the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.
the Directive means Council Directive 2003/4/EC(d) on public access to environmental information and repealing Council Directive 90/313/EEC;
Trustor means a borrower under a deed of trust, who deeds property to a trustee as security for the payment of a debt.
Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.
