The Class A Notes definition

The Class A Notes are issuable only in registered form in denominations as provided in the Note Indenture, subject to certain limitations therein set forth.
The Class A Notes. (the "Senior Notes") are, and will be, equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture. The rights of the Holders of the Class M-1 and Class M-2 Notes and the Holders of the Certificates to receive payments or distributions of interest and principal are, and will be, subordinate to the rights of the Holders of the Senior Notes to receive payments of interest and principal, respectively, as provided in the Indenture. The Class Principal Balances of the Class M-1 and Class M-2 Notes may be reduced by the application of Allocable Loss Amounts, as provided in the Indenture.
The Class A Notes. (other xxxx xhe Class A-1 Notes) shall have been rated in the highest long-term rating by both S&P and Moody's. The Class B Notes shall have been rated at least in the single "A" rating category by both S&P and Moody's.

More Definitions of The Class A Notes

The Class A Notes shall be an obligation of the Issuer and shall be secured by the Collateral, all as defined in, and subject to the limitations set forth in, the Indenture and the Series 2001-1 Supplement. This Class A Note is transferable as provided in the Indenture and the Series 2001-1 Supplement, subject to certain limitations therein contained, only upon the books for registration and transfer kept by the Indenture Trustee, and only upon surrender of this Class A Note for transfer to the Indenture Trustee duly endorsed by, or accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form reasonably satisfactory to the Indenture Trustee duly executed by the registered Holder hereof or his attorney duly authorized in writing. The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and any other agent of the Issuer may treat the person in whose name this Class A Note is registered as the absolute owner hereof for all purposes, and neither the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, nor any other such agent shall be affected by notice to the contrary.

The Class A Notes are subject to all terms of the Indenture. All terms used in this Class A Note that are defined in the Indenture, as supplemented or amended, shall have the meanings assigned to them in or pursuant to the Indenture, as so supplemented or amended.
