The Class R Certificate definition

The Class R Certificate has no Principal Balance or Certificate Rate. The Class CE Certificates and the Class R Certificate will be entitled to distributions as set forth herein. The last scheduled distribution date is September 25, 2036 for each Class, and is the "latest possible maturity date" of the related Subclass or Class for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Code and Treasury Regulations Section 1.860G-1(a)(4)(iii).
