the Company’s Premises is used in its broadest sense to include all work locations, buildings, structures and all other facilities owned or controlled by the Company or one of its affiliated companies or otherwise being utilized for the business of the Company or any of its affiliates.

the Company’s Premises means ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. “The service” means the services and articles described in the order details between the Company and the Buyer for the sale or supply of goods by the Company (including any instalment) together with any packaging. “The order details” means those set out on the Company’s order confirmation or accepted tender. “Writing” includes email, facsimile transmission and/or other comparable means of communication. 2

Examples of the Company’s Premises in a sentence

  • Any amendments shall be displayed on the Company’s public notice board or other prominent place the Company’s Premises and further copies available upon request.

  • Motor caravans, trailers and tents may not be parked or used anywhere on the Company’s Premises without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Possession of deadly weapons or explosives while on the Company’s Premises is prohibited.

  • Such regulations and any amendments to them shall become effective on being displayed on the Company’s public notice board or other prominent place at the Company’s Premises and the Company shall have the same rights against the Owner for a breach of the Regulations as for a breach of the terms of this Licence.

  • I hereby choose to accept the risk of my child contracting COVID-19 in order to utilize the Company’s Premises.

  • Delivery: completion of delivery of the Goods in accordance with clause 3.4. Delivery Address: the address specified for the Delivery in the purchase order (if not collected from the Company’s Premises).

  • No tent, caravan or other vehicle adapted for sleeping may remain on the Company’s Premises for any period whatsoever except with prior written consent from the Company.

  • The Company HEREBY ASSENTS to the registration of the rights hereby granted to Gas Networks Ireland under this Connection Agreement (and in particular Clause 4) as a burden or a caution against the Company’s Premises.

  • By no later than the CS Longstop Date, the Company shall execute and deliver, or procure the execution and delivery of, the Deed of Easement and such completion deliverables, including declarations, searches, title and any third party consents for that part of the Pipeline to be located on the Company’s Premises (if any).

  • All rights of access for Gas Networks Ireland under this Connection Agreement shall include the right to bring on to the Company’s Premises such vehicles, plant, machinery and construction materials as shall be reasonably necessary to carry out the functions in respect of which the rights access is granted.
