  • The Contact Price will remain in force for the Term unless there is a salary increase arising from legislation passed or gazetted in the course of the year which the Service Provider is bound by law to conform to, in which event the Service Provider shall communicate the proposed new Contract Price to the Client for discussion and agreement.
