the Contract Fee definition

the Contract Fee means the total Contract fee to the paid by the NDMC and the concessionaire to the Independent Consultant in 50:50 proportions [50% by NDMC : 50 % by concessionaire of each group] for rendering the services under this contract. However the contract fee, inclusive of 50% share of concessionaire, payable to the Independent Consultant shall be paid through NDMC.

Examples of the Contract Fee in a sentence

  • If Your cancellation request is made more than 30 days from the date of purchase, or if a claim has been paid within the first 30 days, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee, minus any paid claims and less an administrative fee not to exceed 10% of the Contract Fee.

  • The effective date of the Contract Fee will be the contract anniversary.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to alter the floor plan and configuration of any stand and shall only make an adjustment to the Contract Fee if the overall size of the Booth is reduced.

  • If cause is not given, the maximum liability of the Organiser or the Manager (if any) shall not exceed the return to the Exhibitor of the pro-rata amount of the Contract Fee paid by the Exhibitor based on the number of days of the Exhibition remaining at the time of election.

Related to the Contract Fee

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.

  • The Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.
