The Customer Data definition

The Customer Data means data, information or material provided or submitted by The Customer or any User to 4K Academy and any copies 4K Academy makes in the course of utilising the Service.

  • The Customer Data may be subject to the following process activities: (i) storage and other processing necessary to provide, maintain and improve the Services provided to Customer; (ii) to provide customer and technical support to Customer; and (iii) disclosures as required by law or otherwise set forth in the Agreement.

  • The Customer Data hosted by Raindrop as part of the Services, and all worldwide Intellectual Property Rights therein, is, as between Raindrop and Customer, the exclusive property of Customer.

Related to The Customer Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
