Examples of the Debentures in a sentence

  • Further, the Company shall not make any payment of principal or interest on the Debentures in amounts which are disproportionate to the respective principal amounts outstanding on the Debentures at any applicable time.

  • Such additional indebtedness shall be secured by a lien prior to that of the Debentures upon all property and funds held or collected by the Trustee as such, except funds held in trust for the benefit of the holders of particular Debentures.

  • Until so paid, any fees payable hereunder shall be added to the principal amount of the Debentures and shall bear interest at the Default Rate.

  • The Trustees shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor of the proceeds of the Debentures.

  • The Trustee and the Authenticating Agent make no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Indenture or of the Debentures.

  • If the Company shall acquire any of the Debentures, however, such acquisition shall not operate as a redemption or satisfaction of the indebtedness represented by such Debentures unless and until the same are surrendered to the Trustee for cancellation.

Related to the Debentures

  • Initial Debentures means the Debentures designated as “8.0% Unsecured Convertible Debentures” and described in Section 2.5;

  • Series A Debentures means the [___]% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due December [__], 2028, Series A, of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Exchange Debentures has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Series B Debentures means the Series B 9.50% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due March 15, 2029 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Convertible Debentures means the 10½% Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2007 of the Company.
