The Declaration definition

The Declaration means the Declaration to be signed by persons elected as Members, Foundation Date Members and Foundation Date Fellows as prescribed by paragraph 2 of Section II of these Bye- Laws;

Related to The Declaration

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).

Control does not exist if the powers described in this subsection (1) are held solely as security for an obligation and are not exercised.
