The Discloser will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of Information disclosed under this Agreement.
The Discloser will indemnify the Recipient for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Recipient in connection with determining the lawful release of the Confidential Data that is subject to a subpoena, summons or other legal process.

The Discloser is willing to disclose to the Recipient and the Recipient wishes to receive certain Confidential Information (as defined below) for the Purpose (as defined below) on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
