Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, it is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that all other terms and conditions of the Engagement Letter shall remain in full force and effect.
If the Couple does not marry during the Engagement Period, then this Agreement shall become void.
If any provision or any portion of a provision of this Agreement or the Engagement Letter is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable this Agreement or the Engagement Letter, but rather shall be construed as if not containing the particular invalid or unenforceable provision or portion thereof, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
Speaker shall not sublet or assign any of the Engagement without the express, prior written consent of the City.
