The Engineer definition

The Engineer means the Engineer appointed by the Purchaser for the purpose of this contract.

More Definitions of The Engineer

The Engineer means the S.E. (EHT:M)Circle , MPPTCL, Rampur, Jabalpur or such other officer as may be duly authorized and appointed in writing by the Company to act as Engineer for the purpose of the contract. In cases where no such Engineer has been so appointed, the word "Engineer” shall mean the Company or his duly authorized representatives.
