The Equipment may be equipped with a telematics device that enables TNT Tractor Rental or its fleet management provider to monitor the use and location of the Equipment.
The Equipment is, and shall at all times be and remain, personal property notwithstanding that the Equipment or any part thereof may now be, or hereafter become, in any manner affixed or attached to, or imbedded in, or permanently resting upon, real property or any building thereon.
The Equipment coverage, the vehicle coverage and the loss of use coverage are to cover the period of time from the date of this Rental Contract until the date the Equipment is actually repaired and/or returned and/or replaced and full payment for the loss (if any) as outlined in this Rental Contract has been received by CINEMA-VISION.
The Equipment is deemed to have been returned when it has come into Canon’s possession.
The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of Company and Customer shall do nothing to encumber or interfere with those rights and shall take all actions necessary to protect those rights.
