The Financial Bid definition

The Financial Bid means the financial part of the Bid.

  • The Financial Bid of a Bidder, who will satisfy all the Eligibility Criteria,& other terms and conditions of Technical Bid, will only be open or otherwise he will be disqualified/rejected as a participant for the said Bid.

  • If there is any conflict among the Exhibits, the following order of precedence shall determine the prevailing provision: Exhibit A – The IFB Exhibit B – The Technical Bid Exhibit C – The Financial Bid Exhibit D – State Contract Affidavit, executed by the Contractor and dated 10/3/2012.

Related to The Financial Bid

  • Financial Bid means the Initial Offer and Final Offer, containing the Bidder’s Quoted Transmission Charges, as per the format at Annexure – 21 of this RFP;

  • Base Case Financial Model means the base case financial model agreed by the Parties in writing as accurately representing the terms and conditions of the financing for the Project on a limited recourse or project finance basis and furnished by the Feed-in Approval Holder to the Distribution Licensee on or before the date of the Financial Closing Date for the Initial Financing Documents;

  • Financial Contract of a Person means (i) any exchange-traded or over-the-counter futures, forward, swap or option contract or other financial instrument with similar characteristics or (ii) any Rate Management Transaction.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Proposal means the Contractor’s Financial Proposal dated (Financial Proposal date).
