Your right to complain to Us and/or to refer Your complaint to the FOS is without prejudice to Your right to take legal action.

If we receive a complaint which is outside the time limits for referral to the FOS, we may reject the complaint without considering the merits and will write to you accordingly explaining this.
Disputes regarding whether work falls within the target area of local amend- ments made under the market recovery programme or any other issue dealing with the interpretation, application or al- leged violation of such local amendments will be resolved through the grievance procedure under the Principal Agreement and shall be referred to the FOS arbitrator if one has been appointed.
