The Founders. Trusts shall sign this Amendment Agreement as an acknowledgment that pursuant to this Amendment Agreement, they are parties to the Investor Rights Agreement and the Founders' Trusts shall agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Investor Rights Agreement.

  • Selling Shareholders sections in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to have the Initial Registration Statement declared effective by the SEC as soon as practicable, but in no event later than the Initial Effectiveness Deadline.
