The Host definition

The Host means the London Borough of Bromley
The Host is detailed in Schedule 1, Section 2 above. “The Employee” is detailed in Schedule 1, Section 3 above.

  • The Host Plan will be responsible for providing such services as contracting with its participating providers and handling substantially all interactions with its participating providers and, as applicable, providing some managed care services.

  • The Hirer means any person who, from time to time, hires or books the vehicle.

  • We or the "School" means the legal entity carrying on as the School as identified in Clause 1(b) below; and

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.
