Related to the landowner

  • Landowner means a person listed on the tax assessment rolls as responsible for the payment of real estate taxes imposed on the property.

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

  • the Landlord means the party named on the first page of this Agreement and any successor and any person who has an interest as heritable proprietor in The Property, even if not named in this Agreement.
