the Lead Tenant definition

the Lead Tenant means (i) in the case of Joint Tenants, one of their number who has been nominated to act on their behalf; and (ii) where there is a Third Party, the person nominated to act on behalf of the Tenant(s) and the Third Party.

  • The parties forming the Tenant, declare that the Lead Tenant should represent all of them in any decisions regarding the Deposit and that the decision of the Lead Tenant will be binding on all the parties forming the Tenant in this tenancy agreement, subject to the terms of the appropriate tenancy deposit scheme.

  • By signing this Tenancy Agreement all persons forming the Tenancy agree to abide by the decision of the Lead Tenant.

  • Only the Lead Tenant present at the check out will have the authority to deal with any disputes on behalf of the Tenants.

  • The Landlord can give such notice by pre-paid first class post hand delivered letters telephone calls or messages or e-mail to either the Lead Tenant or Tenant.
