The Loft definition

The Loft has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(d).

  • Licensor shall remit to the Knicks on a monthly basis a cash payment equal to the Knicks’ share of revenues collected or received for the Suites, the Madison Club, The Loft (and any similar premium spaces developed during the Term in accordance with Section 5.04 ), in each case, in accordance with Section 9.06.

  • For The Loft, we assigned it a gross property value of $8,800,000, which is equal to its AAA appraised value as of May 13, 2003 and higher than the $7,860,000 appraised value in a more recent appraisal report, dated as of July 28, 2005, that was obtained by a third-party lender in connection with the refinancing of the mortgage encumbering the property.

  • Customer Data generated, developed or collected solely in connection with Licensor’s sale or marketing of (i) non-Team related tickets; (ii) Suites other than Suites for Home Games only; and (iii) memberships to the Madison Club, The Loft and any similar product shall, as between the Parties, be owned by Licensor.

Related to The Loft

  • Loft means an intermediary floor on a residual space in a pitched roof; above normal floor level with a maximum height of 1.5 metres and which is constructed or adopted for storage purposes;

  • Value Engineering means the detailed analysis of systems, equipment, materials, services, facilities, and supplies required by the Contract Documents for the purpose of achieving the desired and essential functions of the Owner’s program at the lowest cost consistent with required and necessary performance, longevity, reliability, quality and safety.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.

  • Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.

  • Gross Calorific Value of “GCV” shall mean that quantity of heat expressed in Kilowatt- hour produced by the complete combustion of one (1) normal cubic metre of Natural Gas at twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and an absolute pressure of one decimal zero one three two five (1.01325) bar with excess air at the same temperature and pressure as the Natural Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state and the products of combustion contain the same total mass of water vapor as the Natural Gas and air before combustion.

  • Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.

  • flat means a separate and self-contained premises constructed or adapted for use for residential purposes and forming part of a building from some other part of which it is divided horizontally.

  • Crane means any self-propelled vehicle to which has been permanently mounted or attached any crane, whether or not such vehicle was originally a truck, tractor, or other type of motor vehicle or was designed and built as a complete crane unit. However, the word "crane," as herein defined, shall not be construed to mean any truck or other vehicle equipped with or to which has been affixed any device used for the purpose of providing a means for towing other vehicles.

  • Booth means a booth in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition which the Council licenses the Participant to use for the duration of the Exhibition.
