  • Any person appointed to vote at such a Meeting must be re-appointed under a Block Voting Instruction or Form of Proxy to vote at the Meeting when it is resumed.

  • In the case of any Shareholder Requested Meeting, if the Trustees fail to fix a Meeting Record Date that is a date within thirty days after the Delivery Date, then the close of business on the 30th day after the Delivery Date shall be the Meeting Record Date.

Related to the Meeting

  • Scheme Meeting means any meeting of a class of creditors who will be affected by the Scheme to vote on the Scheme convened pursuant to an order of the Court (and any adjournment of such meeting).
