Examples of the Minister in a sentence

  • If they are unable to agree on the selection of a chairperson within twenty (20) days of their appointment, either party to the dispute may request the Minister of Labour to supply a panel for selection to act as the chairperson of the Board of Arbitration.

  • If the recipient of the notice fails to appoint an Arbitrator or, if the two appointees fail to agree upon a Chair within five (5) days, the appointment shall be made by the Minister of Labour upon the request of either party.

  • No variation of this Agreement (excluding extensions of time pursuant to clause 10.3) shall be effective unless and executed by all parties including being certified by the Minister.
