The purposes of this memorandum of understanding (MOU) are to: • Establish the accountability relationships between the Minister of Finance and the Building Ontario Fund (BOF); • Clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Minister, the Chair, the Deputy Minister, the CEO and the Board of Directors; and • Clarify the operational, administrative, financial, staffing, auditing and reporting arrangements between the BOF and the Ministry of Finance.
