The Ministry definition

The Ministry means the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark with underlying institutions, including the Customer. The Customer is defined in the Project-Specific Provisions (1). The Customer’s Contact is defined in the Project-Specific Provisions, section 4.1. The Parties means the Customer and the Provider.

• The Funder may assign this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any one or more agencies or ministries of His Majesty the King in right of Ontario and as otherwise directed by the Ministry.

• Funding under this Agreement is conditional upon an appropriation of moneys by the Legislature of Ontario to the Ministry and funding of the Funder by the Ministry pursuant to the Enabling Legislation.

• In the event the Ministry of Health requires verification of the annual medical examination, the matter will be forwarded to forthwith for a decision.

• Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C.

• If, as provided for in section 4.3, the Funder does not receive the necessary funding from the Ministry, the Funder may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving Notice to the HSP.
