the Object definition

the Object means the Object of the Company as defined in Article 1;
the Object means the Object of the Council as specified in Article 2 hereof;
the Object means the object of the Club as set out in Article 4

Examples of the Object in a sentence

  • Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary.

  • The Company is engaged into the business of direct selling through its Direct Seller and Retail Outlets as stated in the Object Clauses of memorandum of Association of the Company.

  • The Buyer is also entitled to withdraw from this Contract, if by delivering the Object of Purchase with defects this Contract is substantially breached.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a nonexclusive, nontransferable, license to use the Object Code of the Licensed Software solely for Licensee’s internal purposes during the term of the license as set forth in the applicable Software Order (the “License Term”).

  • You acknowledge and agree that (i) You will not reverse engineer or in any other manner attempt to duplicate or enhance the Nokē Core, and (ii) You will not use or disclose the Object Code of the Nokē Core to anyone in any manner.
