The Partnership Arrangements definition

The Partnership Arrangements means the arrangements jointly agreed by the Parties for the purposes of providing the Services pursuant to the Regulations and Section 75 of the Act
The Partnership Arrangements means the arrangements jointly agreed by the Partners pursuant to this Agreement for the purposes of providing the Commissioned Services and Services. “the Procurement Regulations” means the law, standing orders, financial and any other relevant procedures relating to the procurement of the Commissioned Services and Services with which the Lead Council is required to comply.
