The Permit definition

The Permit is the City’s permit, WQ0003504, from the State of North Carolina for the land application of Sludge, as it may be amended or renewed from time to time.
The Permit means Solid Waste Permit No. 304, issued to Nottoway County for operation of the NCSLF.
The Permit means VPDES Permit No. VA0026441 issued to the Town of Mt. Jackson on December 31, 2001.

  • Land use permit means a permit issued by a land use authority.
