The Photographer assigns limited rights to “The Client”. “The Client” may reproduce, copy and distribute the photographs for personal use only. This is known as a “license to print.” The client is not authorised to copy and / or pass any photographs or derived products to any third- party person and / or organisation for commercial use without first gaining permission in writing from the copyright owner (The Photographer). Photographs/videos are not permitted to be taken during the shoot, other than those by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography collects a variety of information from you throughout the process of your photography session (personal details such as names, address and contact details, details about the style of shoot, and emails and messages are also stored), this is purely so I can provide the best possible service to you, and these details are only stored for as long as practical to allow me to provide you with better future services. Most of the information I collect is given to me by you, however sometimes information could be collected by a third party, for example a family member or friend may book my services for you. Details you give ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Photography are never sold or provided to any third parties. The only exceptions to this are address and contact details that may need to be given to print labs to fulfil any orders, or if details are needed to be shared by way of a court order for Law or Legal requirement. I would love the opportunity to use and share photographs from your Christmas mini photography session, such as ‘sneak-peaks’ on social media, and as a way of promoting my services.   • If the invoice is not paid, in full, within 30 days The Photographer reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date payment is made.

  • The Photographer is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to the Photographer.
