The Prime Consultant definition

The Prime Consultant means the Architect, who is the Prime Consultant and the Team Leader on building projects. He initiates, conceives and produces the Architectural Design, coordinates the input of other consultants and manages the project.

The Prime Consultant has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1 of Article A-1 of the Agreement – THE WORK. The Prior Work is any construction work or services performed by parties other than the Contractor or the Builder prior to the date of this Contract.
