The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be assigned or transferred.
The Prize is not assignable and not transferable, and no substitutions are permitted.
The Prize Winner will be notified by the Administrator immediately after the Contest via (i) a public announcement, (ii) visual display or broadcast, and/or (iii) at his/her/their validly-assigned ticketed seat.
The Prize will be awarded only upon Prize Winner validation and verification.
The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

The Prize for a Contest may be found in the app description, within the application itself, and on the “Registration form for PortalOne Arcade.” We will distribute Prizes according to the Contest Rules and, if applicable, any Contest specific terms, which may be determined by us or our affiliates (including, but not limited to, promotional sponsors of the App or a Contest).
The Prize shall only be awarded to a mathematician who on the 1st January of the year of its award has fewer than 20 years (full time equivalent) of involvement in mathematics at post-doctoral level, allowing for breaks in continuity, or who in the opinion of the Bachelier Prize Committee is at an equivalent stage in their career..

The Prize will be awarded to the winner for his/her exceptional contribution to mathematical modeling in finance, insurance, risk management and/or scientific computing applied to finance and insurance.
