  • Term and Termination The Agreement (excluding any Statements of Work) commences on the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier by a Party in accordance with the Agreement will continue for the Initial Term specified in the Vista Key Terms or, if no Initial Term is specified, twelve (12) months from first day of the calendar month after the Production Date.
