The Reseller and Enrolled Affiliate determine pricing and payment terms as between them, and Microsoft will invoice the Reseller based on those terms.

The Reseller must provide an incident escalation path for each State, showing on that State’s website, the name, contact information, and role of individuals to whom problems should be escalated if the problems are not resolved by primary assigned contacts.
The Reseller may conduct sales promotions involving specific products or groups of products for specified time periods.
