Examples of the Salary in a sentence

  • In no event shall the Salary be decreased during the Employment Term.

  • All amounts payable by the Company to the Executive hereunder (including, but not limited to, the Salary or any amounts payable pursuant to Sections 3.3 and/or 3.4 hereof) shall be reduced prior to the delivery of such payment to the Executive by an amount sufficient to satisfy any applicable federal, state, local or other withholding tax requirements.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Salary of the Employee shall not be decreased at any time from the Salary then in effect unless agreed to in writing by the Employee.

Related to the Salary

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Salary as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.
