  • Controlled Affiliate shall use its best efforts in the Service Area to promote and build the value of the Licensed Marks and Name.

  • If there is any public reference to the affiliation between the Plan and the Controlled Affiliate, all of the Controlled Affiliate's licensed services in the Service Area of the Plan shall be rendered under the Licensed Marks.

  • The construction and operation of the Service Area Network requires a substantial financial commitment by Manager.

  • To that end, the parties are 21 mutually committed to maximizing the availability of resources to provide needed behavioral 22 health services in the Service Area, maximizing the portion of those resources used for the 23 provision of direct services and minimizing duplication of effort.

Related to the Service Area

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Primary service area means the geographical area in which an ambulance service provides first−in emergency medical care under contract or formal agreement with a local government and that is described in the operational plan required under s. HFS

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
