  • The State Library will host and support the central Evergreen servers and centralized equipment.

  • The State Library shall provide the Grantee funding for the expenses incurred in performing the activities specified in the Grantee’s award packet documentation.

  • The State Library shall have the right to inspect the project during the grant term.

  • Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.

  • State license means a license issued by the department that allows a person to operate a marihuana establishment.

  • Multistate license means a license to practice as a registered or a licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/VN) issued by a home state licensing board that authorizes the licensed nurse to practice in all party states under a multistate licensure privilege.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.
