The State Library will host and support the central Evergreen servers and centralized equipment.

The State Library reserves a fully paid-up, royalty-free, nonexclusive, sub-licensable and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, prepare derivative works, distribute or otherwise use, and to authorize third parties to use, any material received or maintained by Grantee in connection with this Agreement.
The State Library shall provide the Grantee funding for the expenses incurred in performing the activities specified in the Grantee’s award packet documentation.
The State Library shall have the right to inspect the project during the grant term.
