The appointment shall continue for an initial period ending on the earlier of (i) three (3) years from the first day when dealings in the shares of the Company commence on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) (the “Listing Date”) and (ii) the third annual general meeting of the Company following the Listing Date, subject to the termination provision in Section 5.2 hereof.
