The Team is granted exclusive use of fences surrounding the baseball facility for the purpose of placing advertising signs. Advertising Signs may not be affixed to the grandstand building. All signs will be constructed of material that will not cause damage to the fences and shall be maintained by “The Team”. The City shall review and approve all signs before they are erected. Signs that are considered to be obscene or make any reference to alcohol or tobacco products will not be allowed “The Team” assumes the responsibility of securing the signs to the fences and maintenance of the signs. Related to The Team

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
