In addition to the rights in the Trade Marks, the Company or any company within its group of companies or its licensors (as applicable) own the rights in all other content on the Website, including but not limited to the images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio and text available on the Website (collectively the "Site Content") and the Site Content is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
