the Trial means the trial which is described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement;
the Trial a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to be paid within 7 days to secure the date. Until the deposit is received no wedding date will be secured. If the deposit for the wedding date is not received within 7 days of “The Trial” the date will be released to other brides. Payment can be made by cash on the day of “The Trial” or by bank transfer, cheques are not accepted. No additional makeups other than those pre agreed will take place on the day of the wedding except with prior agreement from JMMA. Additional makeups on the day are payable on the day in cash at a cost of £60 per person. The remaining balance of the wedding package is to be made no later than the morning of the wedding either by bank transfer or cash. Should another makeup artist be present to do makeup services for other members of the bridal party, JMMA will not alter, enhance or otherwise improve the work of said artist if the attendant is unhappy with the service they have received. It is the responsibility of any professional Makeup artist to ensure their clients are happy and it would be a conflict of interests for JMMA to correct another artists work.

  • The updated information submission by the Developer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation.
