the Visit means the visit by members of staff from the Authority’s Supervision (Investment Management) Department to the Firms at Mr Shah’s home address on 5 January 2017, and
the Visit means the Authority’s visit to the Firm’s offices on 9 May 2017 “the Website” means the Firm’s website (‘https://www.lewisalexander.com’)

  • Additionally, any payments provided for under this Agreement are further subject to the modification, suspension, termination, or expiration of the Visit Orlando Agreement.

Related to the Visit

  • Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and
