Theatrical Motion Picture definition

Theatrical Motion Picture means any feature length motion picture intended for initial exhibition in motion picture theatres.
Theatrical Motion Picture means motion pictures and photoplays, whether made on or by film, tape or otherwise and whether produced by means of motion picture cameras, electronic cameras, or devices or any combination of the foregoing or any other means, methods or devices now used or which may be hereafter adopted for the recordation of motion pictures produced primarily for exhibition in a theater or similar location in which a fee or admission charge is paid by the viewing audience, other than those motion pictures produced primarily for exhibition in another market covered by this Basic Agreement.
Theatrical Motion Picture means a film primarily intended for fist exploitation by means of exhibition in cinemas 16.28

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, when multiple pieces of music are used from the same Theatrical Motion Picture or Television Series, compensation for each recording musician is based on one applicable basic session fee per five (5) minutes of music.

  • Where a Producer licenses a Theatrical Motion Picture for Canadian or foreign television exhibition under a contract that allows the distributor or exhibitor to edit the Theatrical Motion Picture for such exhibition, the Producer shall provide in that contract that the distributor or exhibitor shall notify the Director in writing of its intention to edit the Theatrical Motion Picture at least six (6) weeks before the airing of same on television.

  • For music preparation personnel, contributions shall be computed and paid based upon the current formula for Low Budget Films in Paragraph 63 of the Basic Theatrical Motion Picture Agreement.

  • All conditions not outlined in this Agreement shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Basic Theatrical Motion Picture Agreement.

  • The Producer shall pay one percent (1%) of Producer's accountable receipts as defined in the Federation's Basic Theatrical Motion Picture Agreement from the distribution of cassettes for educational use, credited to each participating musician pro rata.

  • The Producer shall consult with the Director and subject only to the Director’s availability, the Director shall, where practicably possible, participate in the colouring, time compression and expansion, changes in the exhibition of the aspect ratio (e.g., "panning and scanning") and changes to allow exhibition in three (3) dimensions made to a Theatrical Motion Picture after delivery of the answer print.
