Therapeutic Field definition

Therapeutic Field means the prevention, cure, amelioration or treatment of any disease or condition, in each case other than by means of [*****].
Therapeutic Field means the use of Products for the following human medical purposes: the prevention or treatment of [***************************].

  • Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to develop and commercialize Licensed Products and Licensed Services in the Mammalian Therapeutic Field, directly or through one or more Sublicensees or Affiliates.


More Definitions of Therapeutic Field

Therapeutic Field means, as the context requires, a field comprising any one or more of the Cardiovascular Indications.
