Thermal Energy Usage Charges definition

Thermal Energy Usage Charges means the usage charges for Thermal Energy for each Billing Month determined in accordance with the usage charges set forth on Schedule 7.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Thermal Energy Usage Charges in a sentence

  • For each Billing Month in which Buyer receives Thermal Energy from Seller, Buyer shall pay Seller (i) the applicable Thermal Energy Capacity Charges for Thermal Energy set forth in Schedule 7.1 attached hereto and made a part hereof; (ii) the applicable Thermal Energy Usage Charges for Thermal Energy set forth in Schedule 7.1 attached hereto and made a part hereof; and (iii) the Supplemental Chilled Water Capacity Charge.

  • Unless excused by reason of Force Majeure, payment of the Thermal Energy Capacity Charges and Thermal Energy Usage Charges are conditioned on Seller's ability to deliver to Buyer at the Points of Delivery the full Thermal Energy requirements of Buyer under this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, shall not otherwise be subject to any set-off, counterclaim, abatement, or diminution.

  • Payment of the Thermal Energy Capacity Charges and Thermal Energy Usage Charges are each conditioned on Seller's ability to deliver to Buyer at the Points of Delivery the full Thermal Energy requirements of Buyer under this Agreement, but, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, shall not otherwise be subject to any set-off, counterclaim, abatement, or diminution.

  • If the calculation of the Thermal Energy Usage Charges for any Billing Month results in a negative amount, Resorts will be entitled to a credit, in an equal amount, against the "Energy Charges" (as defined below).

  • Payment of the applicable Thermal Energy Usage Charges, less any credits or rebates due to Resorts pursuant to this Agreement, will be due and payable within 30 days of receipt by Resorts of the invoice from Marina, or the first business day following such day if such day is not a business day.

  • For each Billing Month during the Term after the Metering Equipment is installed and operating, Resorts shall pay Marina the applicable and Thermal Energy Usage Charges for Thermal Energy set forth in Schedule 2 attached hereto.

  • Within 15 days after the end of each Billing Month, Marina shall send Resorts a detailed invoice setting forth the applicable Thermal Energy Usage Charges for the previous Billing Month.

Related to Thermal Energy Usage Charges

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Electric utility steam generating unit means any steam electric generating unit that is constructed for the purpose of supplying more than one-third of its potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MW electrical output to any utility power distribution system for sale. Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • MWh means megawatt-hour.

  • Electricity means Active Energy and Reactive Energy.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • electric line means any line which is used for carrying electricity for any purpose and includes:

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • MMcf means one million cubic feet.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
