The quantities of Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at a Receipt Point, less Shipper’s share of Fuel and Lost Gas, and any applicable reduction pursuant to Section 3.3.3 of this Agreement.
The quantities of Dedicated Production redelivered at a Point(s) of Delivery will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received at a Point(s) of Receipt less Fuel and Loss.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, Gatherer will accept delivery of up to the MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, to the inlet of the Plant Receipt Point and receive Shipper’s Residue Gas at the Plant Delivery Point and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes of such Shipper’s Residue Gas, less FL&U, to the Delivery Point(s).
Except during conditions of Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, the Gathering Facilities will be capable of receiving the MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and redelivering Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, at the Plant Receipt Point.
Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper during the term of this Service Agreement for Shipper’s account quantities of Natural Gas up to the Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity (MDTQ) specified on Exhibit “A” hereto and to deliver to Shipper Thermally Equivalent Quantities.
The receipt of Gas by Gatherer at the Receipt Point(s) on a fully interruptible basis and the delivery of Thermally Equivalent quantities of Gas on a fully interruptible basis, less Customer's Fuel and L&U by Gatherer on behalf of Customer, or for Customer's account, at the Delivery Point(s).
