Related to Third Amendment Agreement Effective Date

Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.
Second Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.
Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.
First Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Fourth Amendment.
Agreement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions set forth in Section 2 have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate Party or Parties in accordance with this Agreement.
Restatement Agreement means the Restatement Agreement to the Existing Credit Agreement, dated as of July 17, 2015, by and among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders party thereto and the other parties thereto.
Amendment No. 2 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 2.
