Tenant shall continue to pay Base Rent for the Contraction Premises in accordance with Lease until the Third Floor Premises Vacation Date and the Fourteenth Floor Premises Vacation Date, as applicable.
Tenant shall repair at its sole cost and expense, all damage caused to the Third Floor Premises or the Property in connection with the performance by Tenant of its obligations under this Paragraph 5.
