Third Floor Premises definition

Third Floor Premises shall consist of approximately Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen (5,815) rentable square feet of space known as Suite 350 on the third floor of the Building;
Third Floor Premises means the portion of the Leased Premises located on the Third Floor of the Podium Area and containing Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred (35,700) square feet of Net Rentable Area.
Third Floor Premises is defined in the Preliminary Statement to this Third Amendment.

Examples of Third Floor Premises in a sentence

  • Tenant shall continue to pay Base Rent for the Contraction Premises in accordance with Lease until the Third Floor Premises Vacation Date and the Fourteenth Floor Premises Vacation Date, as applicable.

  • Tenant shall repair at its sole cost and expense, all damage caused to the Third Floor Premises or the Property in connection with the performance by Tenant of its obligations under this Paragraph 5.

  • On or before the Third Floor Premises Vacation Date, Tenant shall vacate, quit and surrender the Third Floor Premises to Landlord in the condition required by Sections 32 and 33 of the Original Lease as if the Term is expiring with respect to the Third Floor Premises on such date; provided, however, that Landlord acknowledges and agrees that Tenant shall not be required to remove any affixed improvements from the Third Floor Premises prior to surrender.

  • Further, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in the Lease, Tenant shall not have any obligation to remove and/or restore the following improvements from the Third Floor Premises upon surrender: (i) any supplemental HVAC equipment and related, piping, electrical, and safety components; and (ii) any cabling and wiring installed by Tenant.

Third Floor Premises is defined in subsection 2.1 of this Agreement.
Third Floor Premises means the 9,298 rentable square feet of space leased by Tenant on third floor of the Building as of the date hereof and known as Suites 310 and 320, which space is part of the Existing Premises.
