Examples of Third Option Shares in a sentence

  • If the Second Put Option or the Third Call Option ------------------ is exercised at any time as to all then outstanding Executive Option Shares, then, in such case, (i) the Company shall be obligated, within 10 business days after such exercise, to exercise the Fourth Option as to any Third Option Shares then issued and outstanding and (ii) the date of such exercise of the Fourth Option shall be deemed to be the date of exercise of the Second Put Option or the Third Call Option, as applicable.

  • If the Company exercises a Third Call Option or a Fourth Option at any time as to any Option Shares or Third Option Shares then owned by an Executive or the Manager, it shall be obligated to exercise at the same time its Third Call Options as to all Option Shares then owned by the Executives.

  • The per share purchase price for the Third Option Shares is Two and no/100 Dollars ($2.00).

  • The Initial Shares, the First Option Shares, the Second Option Shares and the Third Option Shares are referred to collectively herein as the "SHARES".
