Third Party Applicant definition

Third Party Applicant means an individual (being a natural person) or corporate legal body each acting on behalf of the Data Subjects.
Third Party Applicant means any non-Licensee applicant from whom IC receives a license application for Licensed Patent Rights in the Licensed Fields of Use.

Third Party Applicant means a person other than an obligated person who completes, signs and files an application on behalf of a patient.
