Third Party Blocking IP Costs means royalties, license fees or other payments, as applicable, reasonably allocable to the development, manufacture or Commercialization of ZIOPHARM Products paid or payable to Third Parties to license Blocking Third Party IP owned or controlled by such Third Parties.
