Third Party Content Provider definition

Third Party Content Provider means any third-party content provider whose content is made available by LICENSOR hereunder.

Third Party Content Provider means any person or entity who, while not in the capacity of an Institution, Site Administrator or authorized User, and with permission of a Site Administrator and/or SBCCD, makes available any data, text files, audio files, video files, streaming digital media, or other information for the purpose of being stored on, accessed by, linked to, or incorporated within EduStream.

  • We do not have any responsibility, including to take further actions or legal actions deemed necessary by You, Service Provider, Third-Party Content Provider, Offers Provider or Payment Method Provider, for any problem or dispute arises between You and the Service Provider, Third- Party Content Provider, Offers Provider or Payment Method Provider.

  • However, LCCI does not assume any responsibility for accurateness and timeliness of any contact information made available to LCCI by the respective Third Party Content Provider himself.

  • LCCI will take reasonable measures to include contact information regarding each Third Party Content Provider with the Imprint, available.

Related to Third Party Content Provider

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Content Provider means any video programming provider of copyrighted works for transmission to Licensed Products and the copyright owners of such work.
